'My wife and I wish to thank you for good service given. We felt we were kept properly informed and found staff to be readily available, helpful, knowledgeable whenever we telephoned your office. Your efficiency was evident, for example, whenever we absent-mindedly failed to sign a form and staff promptly and patiently put matters right. We appreciate your approach to this project all the more so becasue when we attempted to make representations ourselves some years ago, the intracacies of the paperwork were such that we found ourselves losing the will to live and eventually threw in the towel. Thank you again.'

"On a personal note we would like to thank you for taking up our case. We had thought for many years that we had been badly treated with regard to the final figure for the Endowment Policy as we were being offered less than we had paid in to the Policy. I had no idea how to proceed to question their figures and it is for certain that without your intervention and help we would be still wondering today how they had got away with it. In effect we felt they had stolen our money. These very large companies misuse their power to deter the ordinary person from raising concerns about a product.
We were very grateful you contacted us and after a sharing of information advised that there could be case to answer. It is clear to both of us that without companies such as EMCAS fighting on our behalf, many other ordinary citizens may also have been mistreated and suffered unnecessary financial loss. It is wrong for the Financial Institutions to suggest that companies such as yours should not interfere and that individuals should deal with it themselves. Our personal experience would suggest otherwise. So from the two of us thank you once again."
